Features:

HDI6000 automatical high-speed IC card implanting machine is controlled by PC and Servo motor.Conveying belt system is driven by the clutch-brake motor,cards are sent automatically by conveyor and has high accuracy of positioning.Equipped with loading and un loading vaccum device.The direction of milled and the un-milled card fed will be automatically inspected.The pneumatic clip with the funtion of automatically adjust the card position will put the card on the desired place.Equipped with the chip tape modular and the chip conveying device.The Optical-fiber sensor can test the IC card integrity before implanted.IC card will be automatically positoned well when fed to ensure the high accuracy.Implanted card is up to ISO7816 standard and equipped with the device for test the accuracy of the implanted chip.Test the modular ATR before collecting card.There are several emergancy stops equipped on the right, left and back side of the equipment,which is conveniet to operate,besides,it has good security and reliablness as the equipment is connected to the ground.
